Tour Itinerary

Upon your morning arrival in Aswan, our local representative will meet you and provide a smooth, private, air-conditioned transfer to your Nile Cruise vessel for check-in.

Afterward, you'll join your professional tour guide for an afternoon of sightseeing. The tour begins at the Aswan High Dam, a massive modern structure constructed in 1960 to control the Nile's waters and generate electricity. Next, you'll take a motorboat to Agilkia Island, home to the magnificent Temple of Philae, built during the Greco-Roman period (3rd century BC). Our final stop in Aswan is the Unfinished Obelisk, located in the ancient granite quarry, offering a fascinating glimpse into ancient Egyptian stone-working techniques. After the tour, we return to the Nile Cruise boat for dinner and overnight stay in Aswan.

Enjoy an energizing breakfast on the cruise. Our Nile Cruise boat will dock at Kom Ombo, where we visit the unique Temple of Sobek & Haroeris. This rare "double temple," completed in the Roman era, was dedicated to two distinct gods: Sobek, the crocodile god, and Haroeris (Horus the Elder), the falcon god.

We then return to the boat for rest and lunch before continuing our journey. Later, we visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu, renowned as the finest preserved ancient Egyptian temple in the land of the Nile. We then return to our boat for dinner and overnight stay.

The cruise arrives in Luxor, and the day is dedicated to exploring the legendary West Bank.

You have a free morning, or you can choose the thrilling (optional) Hot-air Balloon ride over the West Bank of Luxor at sunrise. After a delicious breakfast, the guided tour commences at the Valley of the Kings, the richest and most fascinating ancient necropolis and the burial site for the pharaohs of the New Kingdom.

Our next visit is to the impressive Mortuary Temple of Deir El Bahari, constructed during the 18th Dynasty for the great female ruler, Queen Hatshepsut. Our final stop is the Colossi of Memnon—two huge statues that are the only remaining elements of the great funerary temple of King Amenhotep III. We then return to the cruise boat for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, guests will check out of the cruise. We then proceed to explore the impressive East Bank of Luxor. Our first visit is the Karnak Temples Complex, built over more than a thousand years. The impressive columns of the Hypostyle Hall date back to the New Kingdom and were constructed by Ramses II. We then visit Luxor Temple, another magnificent temple established around the 14th century BC. After the tour, we will transfer you to your desired location in Luxor, concluding your cruise services.
