We did this trip in early April and lucked out with the weather. Bright skies, no wind, and just enough people on the boat to keep it social without being crowded.
The scenery alone would have been worth the ride—the desert meeting the sea is something else—but once you dip below the surface, it’s a whole different dimension.
I’d never seen coral so alive. It was like a slow-motion fireworks show happening beneath you.
Between the warm water, the knowledgeable guides, and the smooth ride, it was one of the most refreshing days we’ve ever had.

Ras Mohamed was a dreamy escape. Warm sun, clear skies, and sea so blue it almost didn’t look real.
The underwater world was alive with color and movement. I saw a moray eel pop out from a coral nook and thought, “Yep, this beats Netflix.”
Everything about the day felt first class without being stuffy. We had music playing on deck, chilled drinks, and that lovely salty breeze.
If you’ve ever wanted to feel like a mermaid, this is your chance.

This was my first time snorkeling and I was a bit nervous, but the crew was super reassuring and patient. By the second stop, I was diving down like a pro (well, sort of).
The reefs at Ras Mohamed are nothing short of stunning—huge coral formations that looked like something out of a Dr. Seuss book and fish that didn’t seem to mind us floating around.
We also passed a couple of local fishermen in tiny boats, waving as we cruised past. It felt authentic and peaceful.

We’re not usually “tour people,” but this one felt more like a personal yacht outing than a group trip. The boat was spotless, and the cushions were comfy enough for a nap between swim stops.
What stood out most was the variety of snorkeling sites. Some had strong currents and deep drop-offs that gave a thrilling, edge-of-the-earth vibe. Others were calm and shallow, perfect for taking it slow.
We appreciated how everything was done with respect for the reef. No one was trampling coral or feeding fish. It felt sustainable and real.

Early March, calm seas, warm breeze—perfect conditions for a day out.
Ras Mohamed’s coral gardens are just jaw-dropping. I’m not exaggerating when I say I saw more colors under the water than I’ve seen on land in a year.
The whole operation was seamless, from hotel pickup to the final anchor pull. The crew had this easy charm about them, joking with guests but keeping everything on time.
And lunch? Grilled fish and salads, served as we drifted past cliffs that looked straight out of a sci-fi movie.

What a magical day. The boat ride was smooth and relaxing, with stunning desert cliffs in the distance and dolphins riding our waves for a bit.
Snorkeling in Ras Mohamed was like finding an underwater paradise. The clarity of the water was surreal. It was like floating through liquid glass, with schools of fish darting below and curious little creatures hiding in the coral.
The guides were awesome—laid-back but attentive. You could tell they really knew the area and respected the marine life.
I went solo and ended up making friends on board, so it was a social win, too.

If you’re someone who loves nature but doesn’t want to rough it, this boat trip is for you.
The water around Ras Mohamed was like a giant window into a universe of coral and fish. No exaggeration—it felt like watching a NatGeo special, only we were in it.
We left early from Sharm and got to spend nearly the whole day at sea. I liked how organized everything was, from the gear fitting to the lunch setup.
Honestly, the best way to appreciate the Red Sea’s beauty is from the water itself. And this trip delivered that perfectly.

Imagine floating above a rainbow carpet of coral while fish flit around like little sparks of color. That was us in Ras Mohamed this past April.
The boat had this super luxe vibe, kind of like stepping into a floating lounge with panoramic views.
We spent hours snorkeling, drifting through the sea like seaweed in a gentle tide. The variety of marine life blew my mind—triggerfish, parrotfish, and these tiny neon critters that sparkled in the sunlight.
Highly recommend bringing a GoPro or waterproof phone pouch. You’ll want to relive every second.

Our boat journey to Ras Mohamed in March was a real treat. The team on board was super friendly, always offering cold drinks and making sure everyone had what they needed. The boat itself looked sleek and felt more like a mini yacht.
We made three snorkeling stops, and each one had something new—brilliantly colored corals, starfish, and even a sea turtle in the distance!
What I really appreciated was how well the trip was paced. No rush, no chaos—just calm, easygoing enjoyment.

We joined the boat trip from Sharm El Sheikh in early February, and it was one of the smoothest days on water I’ve ever had. The transfer from our hotel was right on time, and the boat itself was clean, modern, and super comfortable with shaded spots and sunbathing space.
The real magic, though, started when we dropped anchor. Ras Mohamed’s reefs are insane—teeming with fish of every color imaginable. I saw a lionfish glide right past me and schools of blue tangs darting like glitter.
Even if you’re not a seasoned snorkeler, the guides are chill and helpful, making sure everyone feels confident before diving in.
