Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival to Cairo Airport

Welcome to Cairo, Egypt. Nile Empire representative will be waiting for you at the exit door of the arrival hall holding a sign with your name and our company name to transfer you to your hotel in Cairo. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Giza Pyramids and Egyptian Museum

After breakfast, you will be accompanied by your personal guide to Giza Plateau to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, The Great Pyramid of King Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus, the famous Sphinx. Continue exploring Cairo, by visiting the Egyptian Museum, a treasure trove of children’s king Tutankhamen. It has the largest and most important Egyptian art in the world. Finish your tour by visiting Khan El Khalili bazaar. Then head back to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 3: Flight to Aswan / Aswan Nile Cruise Tours

Early morning you will be dropped to Cairo airport to catch a 1 hour flight to Aswan. Upon arrival to Aswan , Nile Empire tour representative will greet you and transfer you to your Nile cruise ship. After which you will be guided to visit the High Dam and the Philae temple. This temple was a place of devotion to Isis and Hathor. Then, back to the cruise ship with dinner on board. Overnight aboard your cruise in Aswan.

Day 4: Kom Ombo Temple Tour

Enjoy your breakfast on board, then cruise sail to Kom Ombo. You will visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, which is a twin temple alongside the Nile River. It is believed that this temple was built in honor of the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus. You’ll have your lunch back on board the ship and sail on to Edfu and have dinner on board as well. Overnight aboard your cruise in Edfu.

Day 5: Edfu Temple Tour

Enjoy your breakfast on board. You will visit the Temple of Edfu which is dedicated to Horus, which is considered by most to be the best-preserved cult temple in Egypt. The Nile cruise will continue sailing towards Luxor. Enjoy your lunch & dinner on board alongside the shows on the cruise. Overnight aboard your cruise in Luxor.

Day 6: Disembarkation Luxor Nile Cruise – West Bank Tour

Early morning, enjoy your breakfast on board and get ready for disembarkation from the Nile Cruise & enjoy an unforgettable trip to the royal cemetery for the 62 Pharaohs, the Valley of the Kings. The most famous tombs are King Tutmosis III, Tut-Ankh-Amon. Then continue to visit The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at the West Bank of Luxor. She was the daughter of Tutmosis I, born 1500 BC. She ruled Egypt for about 22 years, which made her the only female pharaoh who reigned in ancient Egypt. Finish by passing by the Colossi of Memnon. Get transferred to a hotel in Luxor. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 7: Luxor East Bank / Flight to Cairo

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and Nile Empire representative will be waiting for you to start your tour of Luxor to visit The Karnak Temples on the East bank, which was dedicated to God Amon, which has the largest place of worship ever built. Then proceed to visit the Luxor Temple of King Amenhotep III, which has one of the tallest obelisks in the world. Then the transfer to Luxor airport to catch a 1 hour flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival to Cairo, our representative will pick you up to your hotel in Cairo. Enjoy a free day around Cairo. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 8: Cairo Airport Departure
