What To Expect
Your personal Egyptologist collects you from Aswan airport, Aswan train station, or your Aswan hotel on day 1 and escorts you and your luggage to your ship. (An additional charge applies for pickup from hotels on the West Bank.)Check in, then watch the Nile and Nubian village life glide by as you enjoy lunch, the first of your included meals. Around sunset, you arrive at Kom Ombo Temple, an unusual temple that’s sacred to both the crocodile and jackal gods. Buy your ticket, explore the site with your private guide, then savor dinner as you sail to Edfu, where you’ll spend the night.Day 2 begins with breakfast on board. Then ride your included horse and carriage along the Nile to the Temple of Horus at Edfu. Buy your ticket and learn about the falcon god from your Egyptologist. Unwind with lunch then a local drink on the sundeck, and arrive in Luxor in time for dinner and a disco party.Your cruise ends after breakfast on day 3, with drop-off at Luxor airport, Luxor train station, or your Luxor hotel. (A fee is payable for drop-off at West Bank hotels.)
