At early morning Luxor and Aswan Travel representative will transfer you to Luxor station to ride your train to Aswan.
Upon arrival to Aswan station Luxor and Aswan Travel tour guide will escorted you to visit the island of Philae was the center for worship of the goddess Isis and attracted pilgrims from all over the ancient world. The original island is now completely submerged under the waters of Lake Nasser, but in spectacular rescue operation, the great temples and monuments of Philae were pulled out of the water and re-erected on a nearby island now renamed Philae.

The temple of Philae were finally closed in 6th century AD by order of emperor Justinian, some chambers were converted for Christian worship and Coptic community lived on the island until the coming of Islam.
After that you will visit Aswan High Dam is an embankment dam built across the Nile in Aswan between 1960 and 1971.the dame control flooding, provide increased water storage for irrigation and generate hydroelectricity, the dam was seen as pivotal to Egypt’s planned industrialization. The high dam has had a significant effect on the economy and culture of Egypt.
Aswan High Dam is one of the most important achievements of the last century in egypt.it contains 18 times the material used in building the great pyramid of Cheops at Giza.
Then visit the unfinished obelisk is the largest known ancient obelisk It is nearly one third larger than any ancient Egyptian obelisk ever erected. If finished it would have measured around 42 m (approximately 137 feet) and would have weighed nearly 1,090 metric tons (1,200 tons)
Afternoon time enjoy Felucca ride to see the botanical Garden and Agha Khan Mausoleum (from the Nile no entry).
