While cruising along the Nile, we’ll have few stops to visit the special collections of our antiquated and cutting-edge landmarks, covering the High Dam, the Temple of Philae and the Unfinished Obelisk in Aswan. In Luxor, planned visits to the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, the Colossi of Memnon, the Karnak Temples Complex and Temple of Luxor are included.

Other than that, our expensive visitors who visit Egypt will have the chance to visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, or the Crocodile Sanctuary as Egyptians utilized to title it, and the well-preserved Temple of Horus in Edfu.

Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Thursday (Lunch & Dinner)

Morning time, you will be met by our local representative in Luxor, who will transfer you by private Air-conditioned vehicle to your Nile Cruise. After lunch, you will join our tour guide to visit Temple of Karnak, constructed over a period of more than one thousand years. We will then visit Luxor Temple, which was established around the 14th century BC and the construction continued for many years afterwards by Ramses II, Queen Hatshepsut, and others kings. After the tour, you will be transferred to your Nile Cruise for rest and refresh. Evening time is free at leisure on your own to relax on board or we can offer an (optional) tour to attend the Sound & Light Show at Karnak Temple, one of the remarkable shows in Egypt. Finally, we will get back to our Nile Cruise for overnight.

Day 02: Friday (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

It is a free morning in Luxor. However, we can offer many activities in the morning like exploring the West bank of Luxor from the SKY! Imaging flying over the great city of Luxor, whereas the royal necropolis and the wonderful collection of our funerary temples were erected. Evening time is free at leisure on your own on board to relax on board while cruising the Nile towards the city of Edfu. Dinner meal will be served on board your Nile Cruise, and then the staff will operate a folkloric show. Overnight onboard.

Day 03: Saturday (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Energizing breakfast meal will be served on board before the tour of today. Our Nile Cruise ship will land at the location of the Temple of Kom Ombo, established in the Ptolemaic period and completed in the Roman era, the temple is dedicated to two gods, the local crocodile, Sobek and the famous eagle god, Haroeris. After your amazing visit, you will get back to the ship, so we can enjoy the delicious lunch on board while sailing towards Aswan. Afternoon time, is free at leisure to use the cruise facilities (available, but not included in the package price) or to relax on board enjoying the amazing view of the immortal River Nile! Dinner meal will be served on board. Evening time, a music performance will be operated by the staff. Overnight onboard.

Day 04: Sunday (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Free morning on board, so you can enjoy the amazing view of the Nile while sailing to Aswan! Afternoon, we will transfer you to enjoy such a unique tour by sailing on the Nile by Felucca (Sailing Boat) around the nice islands of Aswan, Agha Khan Mausoleum and the Kitchener Island. We will then get back to the ship for rest and refresh. Enjoy your afternoon tea on board whereas the wonderful view the Nile. Evening time is free at leisure on your own to relax on board or we can offer an (optional) tour to attend the Sound & Light Show at Philae Temple, where you can learn more about the temple and about the kings who left their objects there. Finally, we will get back to our Nile Cruise for rest and refresh. Dinner meal will be served on board, and then the staff will operate a folkloric show. Overnight on board the Nile Cruise in Aswan.

Day 05: Monday (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Breakfast meal will be served on board. After that, you will prepare yourself to join your expert tour guide to explore the wonderful city of Aswan. Our first visit of the day will be to the High Dam, which was constructed by the former president, Gamal Abdel Nasser to store the water, and then generate a large volume of the electricity. We will then ride in a motorboat to visit Temple of Philae, constructed in the 3rd century BC in the Greco Roman era as the cult center of the goddess Isis.

Our last visit will be to the Unfinished Obelisk, which was found in the granite quarry in the Southern part of Aswan. After the day tour, we will drive back to our Nile cruiser, so we can enjoy the tasty lunch. Evening time is free at leisure on your own to relax on board or we can offer an (optional) tour to attend the Sound & Light Show at Philae Temple, where you can learn more about the temple and about the kings who left their objects there. Finally, we will get back to our Nile Cruise for overnight.

Day 06: Tuesday (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Today we start sailing (in the early morning) towards the city of Edfu, near Aswan, in order to continue our wonderful Nile Cruise to Luxor. Energizing breakfast meal will be served on board before starting to your day tour. Our first visit of today will be to the Temple of Horus in Edfu, the finest preserved ancient Egyptian temple in the land of the Nile. It was constructed by the Ptolemies in the 3rd century BC for the worship of the god Horus. After that, you will get back to the ship, so we can enjoy the lunch on board while sailing to the city of Luxor. Evening time is free at leisure on board so you can enjoy the sailing process to Luxor. Overnight onboard.

Day 07: Wednesday (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Morning time is free at leisure or (optional) you can enjoy a Hot-air Balloon over the West Bank of Luxor. Enjoy your delicious breakfast before exploring the city of the dead where we can visit Valley of the Kings, the richest and most fascinating ancient tombs in Egypt. This was the burial site of the kings from the New Kingdom. The next visit of the day will be to the Temple of Deir El Bahari, constructed during the reign of the 18th dynasty by Queen Hatshepsut, one of the greatest rulers of Egypt. Our last visit will be to the Colossi of Memnon; these two huge statues are the only remaining items of the great funerary temple of Amenhotep III constructed in 1350 BC and became a landmark of Luxor afterwards. After that, we will get back to our boat for overnight.

Day 08: Thursday (Breakfast)

Check out after breakfast. Later on, you will be met by our local representative in Luxor, who will transfer you to your hotel in Luxor or to Luxor International Airport in order to catch your departure flight after spending few days exploring the amazing temples, tombs and unforgettable attractions.
