Eyaru Dahabiya Boat offers an all-year-round experience thanks to its standout feature: the pergola. This unique addition, enclosing part of the sundeck with glass, ensures that guests can appreciate the picturesque scenery of the Nile regardless of the weather. Unlike other options, Eyaru is the sole Dahabiya vessel to navigate between Luxor and Aswan, providing uninterrupted enjoyment of the journey.
The term “Eyaru” originates from an ancient heliographic language, embodying the concept of paradise envisioned by the pharaohs as their afterlife dwelling in the Eyaru fields. During the developmental stages of Eyaru, this concept served as its fundamental inspiration, shaping every aspect of its design to reflect the essence of Eyaru. The objective was to immerse visitors in an authentic Egyptian experience, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the region.
Eyaru epitomizes the Egyptian ethos, offering visitors a genuine encounter with Egyptian culture permeating every aspect of their surroundings. From meticulously crafted handmade items, including plates and carpets, to the distinctive designs adorning each room, Eyaru exudes the spirit of ancient Egypt. Each space within Eyaru draws inspiration from the concept of Eyaru during the era of the pharaohs, ensuring a unique and immersive experience for every guest.
Operated solely by the force of a tugboat, Eyaru eliminates any disruptions caused by motors, ensuring a serene voyage without intrusive sounds or vibrations. In a groundbreaking move for Nile cruises, Eyaru’s crew stays overnight on the tugboat, guaranteeing guests complete privacy onboard throughout their stay.
Embark on a journey of unparalleled luxury as you explore Egypt’s hidden gems along unique routes. Traverse the Nile River between Luxor and Aswan aboard Eyaru, where you’ll encounter exclusive sites only accessible to Dahabiyas. From El Hagz Island to Bassaw Village and Gebel El-Silsila, each stop promises unforgettable experiences unavailable on larger cruises.
But the adventure doesn’t stop at sightseeing; delve into the authentic local life of each city you visit, immersing yourself in their vibrant markets and culture. In Bassaw Village, you’ll have the opportunity to stay with a local family, gaining insight into their daily routines and traditions.
Savor the true essence of Egyptian cuisine with every meal on Eyaru, featuring authentic dishes bursting with flavor. Explore local markets to handpick fresh ingredients for dinner or opt for freshly caught fish grilled on the sundeck, enhancing your Egyptian experience.
Enhance your culinary skills by attending live cooking sessions onboard, where you’ll learn traditional recipes to recreate at home, ensuring the Egyptian experience lingers long after your journey ends.
