Two days of temples, tombs , and total wonder
Okay , let’s be real : I expected to see ruins , take photos , and be done . What I got was a deep dive into Egypt’s heart . The Valley of the Kings was like something from a fantasy novel — the colors , the silence , the weight of history around every corner .
Colossi of Memnon ? Huge . Like “make-you-feel-tiny” huge . And our guide’s storytelling brought them to life in the most vivid way .
Transportation was smooth and modern , and the flight saved us hours of travel time . The hotel was classy , quiet , and close to everything we needed .
Also — I didn’t think I’d laugh this much on a history tour . Our guide was hilarious !

Riding through Luxor felt like moving between worlds : modern Egypt buzzing around ancient ruins that have seen millennia pass . I was especially fascinated by Queen Hatshepsut’s temple — a rare glimpse into the power of a female pharaoh .
The transportation was extremely clean and new , which made all the difference . Our guide had a great sense of humor and knew every corner of ancient Egyptian history .
